Preparing for a NYSDOH Survey is an essential part of an ACF operation.  This session will focus on areas of operation most frequently cited and present tips and tools to better help you prepare for when the survey team arrives at your door.

Target Audience

Administrators, Executive Directors, Nursing Staff, and other Interdisciplinary Team Members.

1.5 CEUs is available for ALAs and LNHAs.
