With the avalanche of laws and regulations being issued and amended these days, its easy to lose track of key changes that need to be addressed in the workplace. During this program, we will examine important developments in employee paid and unpaid leave laws, handling of various forms of pay incentives unique to long-term care operations, best practices to avoid discrimination claims, as well as an update on significant labor law developments.
